
I have a weakness for dry-process (aka natural) coffee. These are cherries that instead of being dunked in water to separate the seed, are sun dried like a raisin. The result is a more earthy cup profile, with fermented fruit notes. We just received more Mexico Nayarit dry-process… I love this coffee, and I know many of you do, as well. Get it while the gettin’s good.
