If you need a java fix… We don’t have regular Friday hours, but I will be in the shop this Friday, January 2nd, maybe mid-morning to mid-day. Call ahead, 919.371.2818.
We will be resuming regular hours on Saturday, January 3rd. We will be in the roastery from 8 – 12:30. I’ve got to drop off some coffee with Scotty at the Cary Farners’ Market site before 8 AM, so don’t expect the roaster to be warmed up till closer to 9. And you have got to try a free coffee from our new, in-store coffee bar. Trust me when I tell you this is the set-up to which most cafes aspire. We installed it to showcase our coffees and conduct customer training, but you will love the java! I’ll be posting more about it shortly, with photos (I’ve gotta get the cabinets permanently installed first – they are just sitting in place now as they needed to be moved for the utility installation).
Hopefully we’ll see some of you on Friday or Saturday.
