Regarding Keurig, in my experience the machine itself is incapable of making a cup of coffee I consider acceptable. It doesn’t allow the user enough control over the process. And using any of the refillable filters seems to me to be more trouble than brewing a decent pour-over. That’s my opinion. But if you like it, then it works for you.

It can apply equally to all types of specialty stores.

So what are your thoughts about folks who have purchased a Keurig for the convenience – controlled brew temperature, measured water output – end us the cone accessory with their own coffee. Are we still embracing the dark side?
