A number of you have contacted me to alert me of difficulties completing transactions on our web site. It looks like it’s not actually a problem with our site, per se (not that that matters to you!). Our merchant account people have been making some upgrades and that, apparently, has resulted in little “momentary” outages such that if you try to transmit card data at the wrong time you transaction gets SNAFU’d.
They tell me that all is fixed now.
