What to say? I'm an all-around foodie. I care about the environment, issues related to food supply and culture, and coffee, of course. Our small business is dedicated to raising the bar on coffee enjoyment for regular people - I happen to be of the opinion that there's a lot of coffee snobery that has developed. I want to bring great coffees to people in a way they find accessible and non-intimidating, while educating about the choices they make (or don't) with their purchasing dollars.
